Lieutenant Colonel SILVIO PARDO OJEDA is a professional reserve officer, graduated from the School
of Military Engineers (ESING) in December 2001.

As Reserve Lieutenant of the National Army  I hold positions inherent to his grade, including being
Instructor in military information courses at the School of Logistics, School of Civil Relations and
(ERCM). He took a PSYCHOLOGICAL OPERATIONS course as Captain Rva. He obtained the
Medals to the merit of the reserve, to the logistic merit and military police as well as the badge of i
logistics instructor.
He studied economics at the Pilot University of Colombia, Hotel Administration at the
UNITEC University and specialization in HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT at the University of
CORNELL, (ITHACA-NEW YORK), in the same way he studied COACHING and is currently certified
by the INTERNATIONAL COACH FEDERATION (ICF), has completed studies in Enneagram.

HANLEY P.H.D. Being certified as ADVANCE COACH TRAINER 2018.
