MILITARY
As a POR officer, he fulfilled the requirements of the Engineering School for his promotion el rank of Reserve Lieutenant on December 5, 2001 (Res.No. 1799); to the rank of Captain, on December 13, 2007 (Res. No. 0449). to the rank of Major on December 23, 2014 by decree 2681 and Resolution 11242 of December 19, 2014, to the rank of lieutenant colonel by decree number 780 of June 4, 2020, Call for TC course in accordance with provision 024 of November 26, 2019; He completed all the academic requirements demanded by the Superior War School, for his promotion to Reserve TC.
Additionally, he passed courses such as: Opsic, Diploma in Military Logistics and Symposium on Civic-Military Relations. He has attended the different forums held throughout the country for Reserve Official Professionals. On the other hand, he obtained the Medal of Merit of the Reserve, the Medal of Logistics and Administrative Merit "General Santander", The Medal of faith in the cause in recognition of his tireless work for the benefit of the Corps of Reserve Official Professionals and the Logistics Corps .
With the main objective of generating a valuable contribution and guidance to future generations of the POR, he has focused his efforts on capturing the experiences acquired during the almost 20 years that he has been serving the National Army as a professional Reserve Officer, in several books that include investigations, inquiries, entities, institutions, laws and other aspects that affect this military activity.
